Critical Thinking Workshop

Application for participants from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Serbia

This website will connect you with the online application for the Critical Thinking program.

About the Critical Thinking Workshop

Logo The Critical Thinking Workshop is an interactive program through which participants will develop skills and experience in critical thinking, analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, media literacy, conflict resolution, and cross-border cooperation. With a mixture of large and small group activities, participants will be challenged to explore, learn to critically analyze, and practice productively discussing and debating critical, dynamic, and even divisive topics from personal, local, national, regional, international, and global perspectives.

The program will be designed and led by Dr. Sam Potolicchio, Executive Director of Strategic Development at American Councils. Among his many achievements, Potolicchio's resume includes Director of Global and Custom Education at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy, lectures in over 85 countries, and recognition by the Princeton Review as one of "America's Best Professors". For this program, Dr. Potolicchio will draw on his experiences as a university professor and adviser to prominent business, non-profit and government leaders.
